Well I didn’t read it but my wife used this for her CISA and failed, Yes, Yes..it may be her problem, but since her qualification is an MBA from a premier school and I noticed her study hard, I am going to blame the book.

I recently took the Business Continuity class at CertTest and told David I needed a book that provided a good explanation on the OSI 7 layers and how it relates to the TCP/IP model for my CISSP study. I found what I needed in this book. There are a lot of simple diagrams with easy to understand descriptions and examples in user friendly terms. Additionally, I am now working on a process improvement project at my company. The chapter on Business Process Reengineering has provided a lot of tips, definitions and questions that I have been successfully using in my current project. I also enjoy the real life examples of projects that went wrong.

It is too general and may be a book you can suggest for auditors, but not for the one who wants to pass the test.

I just need to say that this book was one of the critical factors to pass my exam.
From my point of view, it is impossible to pass the exam without this book and the question bank (issued by ISACA).
