The person I purchased from sent the wrong book then asked me to forward the incorrect book to another buyer. The seller didn’t seem grateful at all and I asked to be reimbursed for the shipping charges. I understand mistakes are made but if it wasn’t my mistake must I be the one to pay for it? I haven’t received a refund as of yet, maybe he expected I didn’t mind paying an extra $8 over the agreed upon price. By the way the seller stated he intends to run for congress – go figure?

I was able to get this textbook on fairly short notice and have been able to utilize it in my class. The price was very good and arrived very quickly. I am very pleased with this product and this deal.

Microsoft Office 2007: Advanced Concepts and Techniques is a great step-by-step book for those wanting to move past the basics of Microsoft Office 2007. I taught MS Office 2003 to high school computers for a couple of years then taught myself how to use MS Office 2007. This book increased my knowledge in the more advanced topics of Office 2007. Great book!
